unrelated to the specifics of the post, but i was cooking peas and just let all the water boil out. i did this with gefilte fish recently. the pots have a layer of blacks something that i can only get off by scraping (which probably ruins the no-stick surface anyway). is there anyway to salvage the pots?

Yeah, I wouldn’t call that sunflower seed cheese “cheese.” It’s a dip or a spread like you said. It’s just the name. It was tasty though! it’d be very good with a veggie platter. Someone had mentioned it was too lemony for her and I thought so at first but once it sat for awhile it was perfect. So if you make it just play around with it to your liking.

And don’t worry about posting cooked food recipes and/or pics. I love food of all kinds so it’s still enjoyable to me even if I don’t partake.
