If I get my act together in time, my kids usually make little "sukkahs" out of square rice cakes (could use graham crackers) with peanut butter to "glue" the sides together. We then decorate them with little fruit shaped candies :). It's a fun project and even very young children can manage it with a bit of help. When are the deadlines for the carnivals?
