I feel better during the day, but at night it hasn't completely gone away. I'm exploring alternative health in general (more because of my mother's illness than because I got a bad case of the sniffles the last two weeks). I'm going to look for others to talk to about alternative health; it seems to be a nice compliment to art, photography and nature on this blog (wish I had more nature...mostly just the plants and sky on my block!).
