Finally, I was able to find some coconut milk with an O-U kosher certification. I purchased the coconut milk from my friend whom I visited yesterday. For more wonderful kosher products, visit her site: http://www.koshergourmetmart.com/

I am planning to use my newly purchased coconut milk to create Ilana-Davita’s Red Lentil Dahl.
