Today’s Flowers: Carnations Bouquet

We received these carnations from a friend who was visiting
I enjoyed photographing them.
I later tossed a few in my front yard for some outdoor photographs. You may remember my carnation on a sidewalk.

and yea that last picture reminded me of the other one, but here the flowers seem to be a brighter pink. I still love the effect of it.

I like carnations. And I’m following what is happening in Isreal.
I especially like that pink striped with darker pink – but I seem to like that colour combination in any form. I never would have thought of tossing them on the snow, so there is the contrast between the vibrant flowers and the sparkling snow!
