I believe the building is the back of the Technology Services Center of Middlesex County College, near Edison Hall where my son took manga cartooning and video games last week.

Ah, to be 12 years old with parents who can both afford to send them (because we are working, working, working) and are willing to indulge their creativity. Wish I was 12 years old again with such creative choices!
