Lovely to see that photo of Kinneret. Is that the road looking down from the Rosh Pina end or going up to Kinneret. Hubby leaves for Israel tomorrow. Sigh – 3 weeks without him.

I think I had better check our that website. My neurologist wants me to eat better. Seems I am anemic again… Hard to get iron when you don’t eat red meat….Michelle

And I’ll take it one step further than that… even when people hear that changing their diet might help them, they are very resistant to change. Food choices are ingrained in some way.
