That cheesecake looks so good and so different. The cake portion looks very textured; the top crust unexpected. I think this could be my new favorite cheesecake.

Highland Park doesn’t have residential parking, that I know of so feel free to park on the side streets. I am planning to go to the Farmer’s Market around noon tomorrow (Friday).

Thanks for heads up about Fireworks too! Donaldson Park is a perfect place, overlooking the Raritan River. I remember in the past, cars pulling over on the Morris Goodkind Bridge to watch the HP fireworks.

I’m assuming it’s ok to park on one of the local residential streets, if the parking lots at Donaldson get full?
