I’ve been making Squash Carrot Soup again and again. I also re-posted my Cashew Berry Pudding because happily it is a dessert that my daughter loves (and it’s healthy!).

Michelle, glad you like this end of year post. Regarding oat milk, we have tried other non-dairy milks, and we like oat milk best. However, it is naturally sweet, so it may not be the best choice for someone with diabetes.
