| Much of the Kilmer Woods lies in Edison and Piscataway. This striking oxbow, though, is in Highland Park's own part. The borough boundary takes in the southwest section (behind the apartments on the north side of Cedar Lane). There's a reward to starting your woods walking early in the spring, before leaves are out. It's being better able to see the shapes of the landforms carved by Buell Brook. |
