Black-plastic silt fences ring the Donaldson Park pond and various streams and drainage swales to protect them from any soils washed away from the coming construction in various parts of the park. The pond area itself will have a new gazebo constructed. There will also be scattered work on playing fields, and construction of an additional restroom building at the east end of the park. That means plenty of areas to be disturbed and plenty of silt fences needed. Photo: Arnold Henderson 4/20/2006
