Along the path to Donaldson Park, the clearest view of the stream occurs at the bend, where visitors can lean on the fence and peer down at mud-bars that often hold clear footprints of local wildlife. Along this stretch of the stream we have seen the following creatures or their prints: muskrat, raccoon, deer, bullfrog, and northern water snake, as well as grackles, catbirds, and other birds drinking or bathing.
