Bald eagles have definitely been seen visiting Highland Park again, after years of near extinction in New Jersey, but being on the spot with a camera to record them has been an elusive trick. Here Gabi Grunstein has done it, having deliberately gone down by the WCTC radio tower hoping one would come to that favorite raptor perch between The Meadows and Donaldson Park.
