Yup. As are some of the others that have been built in recent years in the neighborhood. This is one of the "smaller" ones.

Pictures like these - and the ones in your original post about this house - make me realize how long it's been since we made aliyah. Because now the Israeli construction method, which is VERY different than the one shown here, is what my eyes are much more used to seeing... :-)
