Sky Watch

swftomSky Watch Friday is a photo meme with photos of sunrises, sunsets, blue skies, gray skies, pink skies, dark skies and any other kind of sky posted by bloggers all over the planet.

First, I saw two birds.

Here’s the same sky a few minutes later and a bit to the right in the sky.

Enjoy some snow pics from our recent snowstorm: the one on the right was before the storm, the two on the left during the storm.

Not just a sudden explosion in bird population, but a sudden change in the sky too! Makes one mindful of how quickly things can change, doesn't it?

Are the birds starlings by any chance? There sure are a LOT of them. I wonder what they eat. I wouldn't think there'd be many bugs in NJ this time of year. ;-)

Michele says

WOW... a burst of birds!!! That's a cool photo... what a great capture you got there!

My favorite kind of sky. A sky with birds in it.

The birds certainly showed up en masse. The film THE BIRDS came to mind for me, too!
B&W snow pics are very nice also.
