We just came back from a visit to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. See photos of the falls.
This early evening shot of the Rainbow Bridge that crosses from the U.S. to Canada shows a piece of the urban gardens and nightlights of the Canadian shore in the foreground. The American side is more rustic, as it is preserved as a state forest. We really did see a rainbow on the bridge as we waited at customs on our first day.
You are early. I didn’t realize you were on the Canadian side until I saw a comment on FB.
Shabbat Shalom!
Most of the touristy stuff is on the Canadian side. I really enjoyed our trip out to Fort George – that felt like “real” Canada, when the enemy was the Americans!
That is the side for tourists…I am about 45 minutes and a passport away… Thought of you with the upcoming weather…didn’t know if you would be impacted…Michelle
I didn’t know you live so close to Niagara Falls, Michelle! Not that I could have convinced my family to visit you. One day, maybe I will.
lovely, are you near the hurricane?
Supposedly, but we don’t live close to the shore. The lower lying areas will probably once again be flooded. Hope it just blows over and that’s that!
Welcome back!
Stay safe and dry, and shavua tov!
That’s a stunning shot.
Thinking of visiting this place soon. Great place to visit!

What a great shot. I’ve never been there, it’s on my list.
nice shot. I visited Niagara once but it was long ago. 🙂
