Lovely, yet I have no idea what it is!

Wolf, yes, yours do look a bit like mine! (you didn’t quite say what yours are).
I’m afraid the “actual” photo is really quite dull.
I like that effect, I remember seeing a photo similar to it at Wolfish Musings. Where the camera is out of focus.
and now I’m looking at the comments and I see he commented.
I’m guessing it’s not Christmas lights LOL.

Whatever it is, it’s a nice effect.
A polka dot skirt: well, it would make a nice pattern for one.
Hint: what might cause reflections? Nothing electrical. No Xmas lights, here or on the Wolf’s blog (I don’t even know what his are, he never said).
